About Apollo Navigator
October 2026
Apollo Navigator is a free, private wellbeing check for adults, built for people in Saudi Arabia and the wider Gulf, in Arabic and English. It helps you look at how you are doing, at your own pace, using recognised screening questionnaires with plain explanations. It is made by ThinkRoman.
What it is
A short, guided check. You choose what to look at, answer one question at a time, and see a screening score with a plain explanation. You can stop at any time.
The checks
Low mood (PHQ-9), anxiety (GAD-7), alcohol use (AUDIT-C), use of medicines and other drugs (DAST-10), post-traumatic stress (PC-PTSD-5), adult ADHD (ASRS v1.1 Part A), bipolar (MDQ), obsessive-compulsive symptoms (OCI-R) and social anxiety (Mini-SPIN), plus check-ins for burnout, stress and caregiver strain.
What it is not
It does not diagnose or treat any condition and is not an emergency service. A screening score is not a diagnosis; only a qualified professional can make one.
Privacy
No login, no account and no card. Your answers stay in your browser and are cleared when you leave. Nothing is kept unless you choose to keep your result or share it, and an email address is only ever optional. The Privacy page explains exactly what happens.
Languages
The interface and articles are in Arabic and English. The questionnaire questions are shown in their validated English wording until approved Arabic versions are in place.
Review status
The articles and Arabic wording are being reviewed by clinicians and native speakers. They are educational and cite their sources.
Common questions
- Is Apollo Navigator free?
- Yes. It is free to use, with no login, no account and no card.
- Is it confidential?
- Your answers stay in your browser and are cleared when you leave. They are not sent to anyone. If you choose to keep your result, a short encrypted summary is kept for 30 days behind a private link; your individual answers are never stored. Giving an email address is always optional.
- Is a score a diagnosis?
- No. The checks are screening questionnaires. A score can suggest whether it may help to talk to a professional, but only a qualified professional can make a diagnosis.
- Can I check my alcohol or drug use privately?
- Yes. The alcohol check uses AUDIT-C and the medicines and drugs check uses DAST-10. Your answers stay on your device and are not reported to anyone.
- Is it available in Arabic?
- Yes. The interface and articles are in Arabic and English. The questionnaire questions are shown in their validated English wording until approved Arabic versions are in place.
- Who is it for?
- Adults aged 18 or over, answering about themselves. It is built for people in Saudi Arabia and the wider Gulf.
- What if I need help urgently?
- Use the urgent-help button at the top of every screen. It shows the emergency number for your country (997 in Saudi Arabia, where 937 is the Ministry of Health advice line; 998 in the UAE; 999 in Qatar). If you are in danger, call your local emergency number now.
